“Absolutely terrible. Booked this for our anniversary trip, the location was great super close to town. We did get a email after booking there was construction going on which is understandable but the amount of construction the entire place should have been closed. There was drywall dust everywhere no one bothered cleaning it. The firealarm went off continuously front staff said just ignore it. One of the staff the family was running around screaming at night. Heard them telling their family not……

“Room was clean but smelled strongly of bleach. We turned the bathroom fan on for several hours and it helped. Grounds are well kept. ”

“At a late night check in, I was sent to an already occupied room. Scary and unsettling. The ac dripped. The sink dripped. The tub was stained. The floor stained my socks. The saggy bed did not have a top sheet. Breakfast was not well stocked. Horrid. ”

“Location is fantastic, within walking distance of downtown. The shower in the front did not drain well but overall the place was nice! ”

“For those of us who are not into pets, we have to deal with barking dogs that are not ours. Not fun.”

“Room was decent, okay clean, bed comfortable, good tv channel selection and reception, bathroom was clean. The staff was nice friendly helpful. Building condition: poor, very outdated with visible damage, rug stains in hallways, needs vacuuming, torn and stained bedspreads in another room we saw; outside window frames rusted and need painting, sidewalks very dirty need washing. Nice lady at front desk who checked us in said hotel is in the process of being renovated; hopefully there will be……

“The rooms were fantastic and super clean and the night staff was wonderful. However the desk clerk and manager of the morning shift could not be bothered to check the food they were serving for dairy so that I could safely eat breakfast. ”
