“All the staff was very delightful. The place was clean new. We had an issue with shower in the room that we couldn’t get on called for help staff member couldn’t figure it out as well. The manager did come up and was able to show us what the issue was there was a button that need to be pushed, but her staff didn’t even know how. It was like no other shower that I’ve ever seen kind of in their defense we replaced in the handicapped accessible room. The problem was by not being able to take the……

“The free breakfast had nothing to chose from the same fruit was there for the 4 days ..”

“Clean, spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows. Could not hear any cars or trucks but heavy footsteps from upstairs and people talking from next door. Free simple breakfast. The air conditioner was a bit loud. Hallway smelled like smoke but room did not.”

“Rooms was cleaned, but the air conditioning was not working properly. It was very stuffy. And our toilet was leaking. When informed the front desk I was told that all rooms are the same due to the weather ( heat) but according to them they’re working on getting humidifiers installed . Our first night was not too pleasant but thankfully the next morning we were able to switch rooms . We were only there 3 nights. I don’t think we would’ve stayed longer if we had to. Shame I always stayed at……

“It was okay , because TV got no closed captions I am hearing apaired.. by law, ours 2nd deaf constitution that every hotel, inn, motel must have closed captions for hearing paired where we can understood like other people hearing TV. In the shower , small screw poke my feet which it's hurt.”
