“Place was very clean and accessible when we arrived. Communication was top notch. Would definitely stay again on future trips to town. Only thing I would say isn’t perfect is that parking on the street is extremely limited but that isn’t so much the property issue but as much just a general city issue. ”

“Eder was a great host! My cousins and I had a great time at his home. It was a very nice place and everything was exactly like the pictures! The rooms were very clean and had plenty of space. He provided us with all the amenities listed and more. He was also responsive to any questions that arose prior to and during our stay. We felt that we had everything we needed for our trip!”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The house is about a five minute ride from the T station and about a 20min ride into the city. There are spots for two cars at the house but it's very narrow. My minivan fit but we had to be mindful when opening the passenger door. A larger van would have trouble.The house is very close to the tracks for the T. The noise of the passing trains is startling at first but you hardly notice it by your second night.The weather didn't cooperate for us to enjoy the...

“Check-in and check-out process were very quick and easy”

“We really, really liked the place. Super easy check in and check out. Very nice communications from the owners \ property manager. Place was very, very clean. 5 Bedrooms, all spacious and with the advertised number of very comfortable beds. We had 11 people and all were very comfortable in our rooms. Living room was nice and kitchen as well including much appreciated coffee and bottled water. We wish could have gotten check in instructions maybe a day or two earlier just for the stress...

“We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The listing is very accurate, and everything was just as described. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable place to stay. We were able to find street parking fairly easily—especially on the weekends.A couple of small notes for future guests: there were only three wine glasses when we arrived, so we donated three more to the collection.
