“For the price I thought this place was just okay. It was very expensive and the rooms were small. You could hear every little noise from the hallway, in the adjacent rooms and in the room above. I would pick another hotel if I go back to Nantucket.”

“Worst experience. I understand small inconveniences. But our lock stopped working, we had to wait outside. Then for 2 hours we’re trying to fix and “investigate” finally moved us 5 minutes before we had to leave for dinner, which was cutting it close. Went back at night and the light and tv in our new room weren’t working. Called again and needed someone to come in a fix it. My husband and I’s alone time was cut very short. Also it is dog friendly hotel which is fine. But I complained about it……
