“The outdoor pool looks great. The floor in my room was filthy. Swiped up 3 different areas with wet paper towels, came up black.”

“The exterior of the building was not well-maintained; it was crumbling in parts of the facade, the lawn wasn't mowed, and there were gaps in the sidewalks around the parking lot. The room was fine and clean. Breakfast was a bit bare bones.”

“The room was dirty. Microwave had food splatters inside, and the outside was also dirty. Their was a broken table in the middle of the room with no chairs. Plumbing pieces laying on the floor under the sink, a choking hazard for little kids. Stains on the couch and desk chair. The TV was really dirty, with a sad attempt to clean it. The bed was as hard as a rock. Bugs in the stairway. We didn't even touch the breakfast, or pool. The restaurant attached to the hotel wasn't even open, looks like……

“The hotel is renovating rooms, so there is some visible construction material, but we stayed in one of the updated rooms and it looked and was AMAZING! Totally worth the money By all the main shopping and restaurants, but tucked away from the traffic. We go to alliance at least twice a year and will stay here from now on.”

“Even though i had a reservation, when I arrived, there were other guests there also trying to check in. One lady kept saying that they had no rooms, no WiFi, no cable. She finally through her arms up and left. Eventually another employee came out. A man with a scrub brush in one hand a a rum bottle in the other. He said there were no rooms so I left. Other customers were on their phones, trying to get refunds. The lobby and the building were nothing like the photographs on Expedia.……

“Very clean. Hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Will definitely be staying again.”

“Room was old and didn't look any thing like what is on the internet. No towels were replaced, trash emptied or floor vacuumed unless you did it yourself. Staff was in back smoking and talking so I had to call they on phone to come to front but he was nice. Room was ok but could have been cleaner. Area was ok with amenities. AC was good.”

“The room was ok. Didnt really care for the first floor. Had some loud young girls on the patio next to us. We went for peace and quiet and had to go inside because of the noise. The breakfast was not as good as the last time i was here. The biscuits were good but the gravy had no flavor. Everything was pre packaged stuff. There was a glob of hair in the shower. I think it came up from the shower. We arrived at 3:00 check in time and had to wait 30 minutes because it wasnt ready. The staff was……
