“The room was clean and updated. Waffles and sausage were good at breakfast. The only con to this property was there’s no elevator to the second floor.”

“Very dissapointed as after we checked in we found out that the pool and spa were closed for maintenance and would not be available for two weeks. The pool was one of the major reason for picking this facility. We should have been notified in advance to allow us to choose a different facility or at least a dicount at check in.”

“This was a great little 3 day getaway place. Located in the heart of Berlin Ohio. It is within walking distance to most of the shopping in the heart of town. Very easy to get in and out because of an alley way. Clean and basic. Our room had a jacuzzi tub. Overall very good experience.”

“When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review”

“The room smelled musty, there was dirt and grime on tables, the air did note work. Front desk came in and cleaned. The room was disgusting and was unable to change rooms, so we left”
