"We have stayed at The Yarrow many times and returned to celebrate our 2yr anniversary. Had a fabulous stay. Great breakfast, friendly staff, lovely lunches and a super room. There was a previous review of room 109 a few days ago., please don't listen to it. We stayed in room 109 and it was lovely, nothing wrong at all. Thank you The Yarrow for another super stay. "There was no clear indication of how we accessed the property. Despite trying to communicate with the owner, there was no response. We had to just turn up and hope for the best. Luckily, after getting to the pod, the key was there and the stay was good. It has everything you need and is in a great location. "

"I stayed for business purposes, the staff member Becky was exceptional, her customer service skills is second to none, I was delayed coming down for breakfast due to a meeting and only had a few minutes remaining I asked for the vegetarian option despite it taking a few minutes to prepare she still obliged. I also witnessed the following day an irate customer who was not being reasonable at and and quite rude frankly despite Becky offering to still cater to the customer despite the customer being late and missing the breakfast drink. Very well handled shows exceptional management qualities as a business owner who is well versed in the area of identifying excellence in leadership. Will definitely be returning and have already recommended to my network due to my wonderful experience. Well done Becky!"
