“I got there and my room only had one bed in it. I had to wait two hours for my room to be ready on Saturday. I got back to my room and my bed and desk were covered in ants. The manager suggested that I brought the answer in getting me another room. I would never stay here again.”

“The staff is great. The hotel breakfast is really good. Plenty of space for people to sit down and eat. Really close to several stores, theatre and restaurants. Great place to stay. This was our second time here and I will use them any time we are in this area.”

“The updated interior was nice. Bathroom could have been better maintained. Grounds outside need trimming up and some work which would greatly improve the aesthetic looks. Also lots of noticeable peeling paint outside. Breakfast was great, clean and excellent service. Beds were one of the most comfortable that I have ever slept in!!! 5stars!!!”

“The room needs a little TLC the towel are old and hard . The water is the bathroom is terrible it takes forever for the soap to wash off. This hotel accepts pets and the bark all night long .”

After a long day of travel, we checked in and found out that the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs and would be closed for our entire stay. In fact, it had been closed for some time, and they never mentioned it on their website or when we booked the room. Then, we got to our room only to find that we had no hot water.
