"The room was cold, however i was able to adjust the temperature, i didn't use the gym, the staff was pleasant. This is our 5/6times staying at nova the room are pretty decent but the mattress is not the best especially if you have any back issues.."

"The room was unclean and smelled of heavy cigarette. There was no hot or even warm water. Our final straw was when a couple in the room next to us got into a violent domestic dispute. It was very distressing and the hotel staff was negligent to help mediate any of our concerns. We had to cancel our booking early and rebook somewhere else as staying here was becoming a health and safety hazard. "

"The whole building and staff were very nice! I keep staying here because of the hospitality and the locality it has to offer out of the city. Didn’t have any problems with our pod we were given or anything with the amenities."
