“At the time of my booking, this was rated 8.0. In my opinion, it is not deserving of this rating. It is more like a 6.0 to 7.0. There was no soap or shampoo available. The handle to adjust the shower water fell off on first use, The inside of the microwave had not been cleaned and there was food splattered all over. There are no kitchen utensils or cooking items of any kind. The walls/ceiling are paper thin with children running in the upstairs room for hours. The facility is cheaply……

“We've already paid in full through Expedia, but hotel have charged us again. We have to provide them with a receipt and other documents. Hopefully, they'll give us a full refund. Hotel said their computer system was updated two days ago, which is why we weren't aware of the payment made through Expedia.”
