“Great hotel”

“The elevator was down and the ice machine was only on the second floor. Rooms were acceptable but could use a refresh. Plastic toilet seat which I thought was a cheap alternative. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was helpful and polite. Also not impressed that was awoken on Saturday evening as police banging on door (of course they informed me they had the wrong room).”

“Didn't like the one hour wait to get the room...it was well after 5 to be assigned a room....the television in the common area of the room didn't work and staff was notified but no one came to fix it. The fire alarm went off early am and had to get up and the rowdy guess...well the police was there for them several times throughout the night.”

“It is an older property. The room itself, although clean, had unfinished drywall parches on the walls. The bathroom door had a fist punch hole in it. The carpet had a section of a repair patch. Spots on the ceiling. TV had a few stations. The room had a musty type smell.. Other than that it was close to shopping and restaurants.”

“Staff was amazing our entire stay, as well as by accommodating switching our ADA accessible room from a king to two queens when we decided to have our grandkids stay over one night with us. There was one glass shelf in the kitchen area that I kept banging my forehead on due to the placement of the shelf above the counter area which resulted in bruising. I was glad to hear that the shelf would be removed in the upcoming 2027 renovations. There was no handheld in the accessible shower and the……
