"The property was quaint and the perfect size for myself, my husband, our daughter, and a small dog. There were a few things left behind from the previous renter, which is why I could not give 5 stars for cleanliness. The porch was my favorite part of the house. Morning coffee while staring at the ocean was great. The area in front of the house is a great spot for shelling. I found 4 sea biscuits on one of my morning walks. We had a wonderful time and would rent again if given the opportunity."

"Can’t say enough good things about the place. It was exactly how it is described . Less then five minute walk to restaurants and outside entertainment . Owner gives you your privacy but is right there if you need something. We will definitely stay here again."

"The cottage was just like the pictures. Very well equipped, nice beds and furniture, appliances and a short walk to the beach. Had a problem with the keurig coffee maker. Property owners and management had it replaced with a new one the same day. They are there for you! The best recommendation I could give is that I look forward to renting again!"

The only real issue we had is the outdoor spicket to rinse off feet didn’t work and maybe just a few more towels but you do have a washer and dryer so…. We really enjoyed the space, TVs in every room, books, and monopoly game was a nice touch. Balcony on both sides of the house. The wood on those may need to be replaced in a couple of years.
