“Clean room and good breakfast!”

“Everything and everyone were great. Im particular but didnt like the ac in the room. Couldnt sleep with any blankets on even though ac was set as low as possible. Wi fi wasnt the best but great overall with everything else.”

“Terrible stay. As a mobility scooter user, navigating the tiny bathroom was incredibly difficult, made worse because no ADA rooms were available despite booking 2 weeks out. The room was rundown with cracked paint and worn furniture, lacking a microwave, sink towel racks, and sufficient towels. ​The biggest issue was the front desk clerk, Rama, who explicitly lied and gaslit me. Checked in Tuesday 4 AM. Wednesday, no cleaning. Rama said they only clean Mondays and Fridays. Friday night,……

“Clean room, friendly staff, nice happy hour deals, and conveniently located. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel.”

“The smoke detector was missing, wifi wouldn't work, the beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were terrible, some of the sheets were torn, the bedspreads had holes the TV had issues, there was no chair for the table. The electrical outlets were loose and my plug kept falling out. There were light bulbs missing.”

“There was only one towel for two queen beds. When we asked the front for me she said they didn’t have any that guests had stole them all. The door to the room was broken and she wouldn’t give us another room. There was old nasty carpet in the room, there was black mold in the bathroom l, and the smoke alarm was completely missing. The wires were there but no smoke alarm. The pool was actually ok, but we had nothing to dry off with. The Colorado Springs health department should shut this……
