“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……

“Its a nice place to stay if you're working long term or on vacation. The staff are really nice and very accommodating, checked in and that night the elevator went down, i was on the 4th floor. They call the repair guy, he came fixed it, it went down again. Long story short, i asked for a room transfer to the 1st floor and they were very accommodating, got a first floor apt. and i am now going on my 3rd week here and going to extend again for idk how long. I reserved it for a month and they let……

“It was wonderful clean room breakfast etc. The only thing is the pool heater was broken our whole stay, and that was a driving factor of why we booked with this property that was close to the venue we were working at. We have 2 little ones and a hotel stay isn’t complete without pool days. So that was a big bummer everything else was great though ”

“The AC was comfortable and easily adjustable. The staff were very helpful. Samantha took care of us well. It is a very pet friendly environment which was new for me. There was a nice kitchen area but the dishes and pots needed to be rented for additional cost. This is a developing area. So at the time if our stay there was a lot of construction happening. ”
