I can agree, they tell you what you want to hear. I was told they would come the next morning to help even though I wanted to leave. No one contacted me the next day though. I contacted them. Clean and comfortable, it was in an excellent location for walking to the beach and riding bikes along the greenway and into historic Fernadina Beach. One guest has a recent knee replacement. This should have been included in the description. Unit was not as clean as it should have been with sleep gummies from a prior guest were left right on a nightstand in a bedroom. Host knew we had 4 adults but only provided water and snacks for 2 people, Nightstands……
