“5 stars simply for location and that’s really what you’re paying for. The condo was right by the pool and convenient to all beach accesses and shops/food. Everything else about the condo is just meh…2.5 stars. It’s outdated and cluttered. Everything needs refreshed from the furniture to the broken curtains. It didn’t feel clean and I could smell wet dog. Likely from the previous renter, it is noted that it’s pet friendly so that’s a risk we took. I know the owner was rushing to flip it so we……

“This “cozy condo” was perfect for us as two adults. Two bedrooms, (king and queen), two full baths, one with a walk-in shower, a fairly-well stocked kitchen for a rental, and comfy living space.The club property is very well maintained with lush greenery and a very nice pool with both chaises and tables with umbrellas.The location is perfect for everything!We will definitely be back to the Beach Club on the East End.”

“The ocean view was fantastic. The condo looked like the pictures. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. One thing I was dissatisfied with was the lack of notification about the AC guy coming about 8:50 a.m. I was in the living room in my pajamas and my husband still in the bed. I hear someone coming through the door. I asked him to wait before coming in, so I put something over my pajamas. He stated that they did not let him know that someone was in the unit.”

“We love the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club due to its gated entrance; free, convenient parking; and quiet beach. My husband and I enjoyed our week at this oceanfront unit. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Easy check-in and responsive communication with Kevin were a plus.”
