“The location is great. The beach is right out your balcony. Master bedroom has its own door to the balcony. The balcony is covered so you will be out of the rain/sun. Be aware you will be on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. There is a luggage lift that can take your bags and coolers almost to your door.
