“Great location! Very clean and well maintained. Communication was great. Would stay here again. ”

“Great property and perfect location”

“We enjoyed our month long stay. It was a wonderful place. Communications were good and very prompt. Thank you for sharing your places either us.”

“Very nice place and perfect location.”

“We LOVED having access to a 2BR/2BA property for our NOLA stay with our preteen and toddler 💖 Perfect access to all of the French Quarter, Trolley Station right out front, Theatre across the street (Broadway Shows!). We could have used an extra laundry pod or two (we made the best of it), otherwise the property was VERY well equipped. It was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our only gripes we're being sent two different door code options and a text in the middle of our……

“It was very clean, the linens were SPARSE!! No dishtowel, 2 washcloths, 3 towels for 3 people. The email about checkout going to charge for an extra night if not vacated by 10 am seemed harsh and greedy, especially after the cheapness of the less than 1 facecloth per guest and no conditioner. The hardwood floors have a few large holes that could be dangerous. I'd bring my own toiletries and stay again, realizing you cannot use the bathtub and need to bring your own facecloths, no handtowels……

“Very fortunate to find this on short notice! Would definitely stay here again!!”

“The space is adequat in size, however there is only a single window in the combination LR/DR/Kitchen area. The bedroom have no windows. The space is clean, but rather musty, window had to be kept open to air it out. The picture of the rental unit shared was not representative of the space, in that it showed a balcony including a door leading to the balcony within living area. This was not included in the unit rented. The hall way entry to the elevator needs sprucing up, it is rather grubby.……

“Responsive host. Great vibe. We loved the location and Treme. We walked all over The French Quarter and Trene. We felt safe. In evenings we did uber. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds comfy. Lots of space. I would 100% return to this place. ”

“Great location just off the quarter, very walkable! Two couples were in our group so the two bedrooms and full bathrooms were wonderful. As with anywhere in NOLA being ear plugs, streets are loud. Again, this is not unusual for anywhere you would stay. I would stay again, great place!”

“Host communication was excellent. Check in and check out instructions clear and concise. Place was as described. Good location, well lit up at night, with a short walk to the Canal St trolley cars making it easy to get to French Quarter, good restaurants and other locations. No need for a car with Whole Foods, Trader Joes and other grocery stores within walking distance. Place was clean and back yard set up is great for relaxing and hanging out. Mattresses ok but wish the bed frames did not……

“Two blocks from Burbon street. Dealing with sirens, noise and the homeless topped the negative side. Building very safe and secure. Very clean and modern furnished.”

“Overall the condo was nice, however it was missing a few things in my opinion. There was no toaster which seemed odd, no clock whatsoever in the unit besides the microwave, a keurig, there was a coffee pot but since I'm the only coffee drinker it would be a waste to make a pot for 1 person. Also we needed to buy a bottle opener since there wasn't one in the condo, I would think something like that would be there since it's New Orleans and people do have a few drinks on vacation. One other little……
