"I have stayed at this hotel previously and enjoyed my visit. Unfortunately, this time was not as great. The staff weren't as helpful. Further, the resort did not provide my upgrade(s) as required by Expedia VIP hotels. Instead, the resort wanted me to pay for the upgrades.
