"My third time here. The staff at the resort is great Reselly at portofino is an awesome server She went above and beyond. Alberto in the buffet restaurant is also awesome saw us waiting and already had coffee and juice in the table waiting for us. Truly missed Jose at the adult pool he has a great personality and always attentive. Plan on going back next year hoping Jose will be back at that pool. "
