“Everything was great until it was time for us to check out an early morning. No staff was to be found. We called the number that we were given if we needed help no one answered. They lock the front door so you’re trapped in there. Unless you go out through the garden did I mention it was pouring rain and I had all my bags with me and had to wait for the car service outside in the rain other than that the place was great”

“We had a little trouble checking in, did not realize we needed WhatsApp to look for communication, was expecting to receive information via email so check in was a bit confusing. The property is in a great location and is well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. Walking distance to the lake, activities, and many restaurants. We walked to the property from the train which was a nice walk, but chose to take a taxi back up the hill to the train……
