“Airbnb style with very nice owners. No air conditioning Rudimentary but okay for one night Don’t bother going down to the river full of mosquitoes. Not much to cook by your self ustensiles, toasters , pan, cup… Best is it the owner’s friendliness”

“This is a great place to stay if you want to be near San José for a few days. We wanted to be near the airport to pick someone up in the evening and it was less than 30 minutes away. The house is spacious and has good wifi and there is a nice garden around the house. We stayed for a few days to explore San José and it's easy to get an Uber to the city center if you don't want to drive there. Martin and Christian were very good at communicating and accommodating our check in and check out times.……

“This is a lovely spot in the hills above Barva. Very convenient if you are visiting the university in Heredia. And the coffee is delicious!”

“The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The soaps and shampoos (locally made in Costa Rica) smelled so good we wanted to eat them, especially the banana conditioner. The view from the back garden was extraordinary. The only negative was that there was nowhere to walk when you left the hotel however there was a cute coffee trail in the back”

“This is one of the cleanest hotels I've been to so far. Has a lot of modern upgrade. Thumbs up to the cleaning staff. Very convenient to the airport. Nice place for a quick stop. Staff were quite friendly. I don't appreciaye how close the entrance is to the major freeway though. If you are entering from the opposite direction it can be a bit dicey going in. The gate opens promptly for admission and parking is available on site.Otherwise it is a beautiful little place to unwind.”
