"We enjoyed the space and how the unit worked for the four of us. It would be good if the site mentioned on the listing that you access the apartment in the back staircase just in case renters would find it difficult to climb a set of stairs to get to the apartment. Dave was always available for help when needed. The unit was clean and the kitchen was stocked well with utensils and cooking needs."

However, we were expecting a single family house and were not aware it was the downstairs of a duplex( which was quite noisy as people above walked around). "The host was outstanding from beginning to end. This rental has plenty of space for 2 people. It is clean, well furnished, and a very close walk to everything. I feel that it is a great value at its price point. *Towels are not provided*"

"This is a fabulous condo with a great location at the north end of the boardwalk. We enjoyed... watching the waves and the sun coming up...listening to the surf throughout the day...walking at the water's edge...walking the boardwalk 4-5 miles a day...exploring Rehoboth Ave...eating crab cakes and ice cream... enjoying meals on the balcony. We would definitely like to return."

"Well kept, comfortable, and updated condo. My wife and I stayed there from March 30- April 27, 2024.. The location is perfect. There are so many bars, restaurants, spas, etc. within a walking distance. Hop in your car and you can find anything you want in a matter of minutes. Eric, your host, is a great guy.
