“Wonderful place to stay. Rooms are very cozy. Staff is wonderful!!!! I would recommend bringing a small TV and fire/roku stick just in case it rains throughout your stay and you can't make it out in town. Such a cute little gift shop in the hotel with the most wonderful robes and slippers. We will definitely be back.”

“If you want to die of mold exposure, book the Franklin Inn. The sheets come prepped and ready with mold along with pillows. Staff was nice tho and helped me get a refund .”

“The room was clean and very convenient to downtown Apalachicola. The only major issues were that the AC did not work the entire time of our stay and we were locked out of the main entrance. We reported the AC problem and never received a call back or response. The digital lock had to be reset and finally we were able to access our room to check out.”
