"I gave this hotel a five star rating because the price for what they provide is exceptional. The kid, pool area and hot tub were an added bonus. Breakfast had numerous options which I found to be liberal for the price that was paid. I would definitely recommend this hotel for someone passing through. We selected this hotel since we were driving through the area and wanted to break up our drive."

"My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for the first time and absolutely loved it! The hotel felt so nice and clean it made it so much more comfortable. We loved how cozy our room was and really enjoyed going out on the balcony and looking around the city. The breakfast has good options for everyone and my family had so much fun swimming in the pools. The staff were very kind and helpful, very welcoming and the lobby is so inviting. The hotel is in the perfect location to walk to the island, dinner shows, museums and so much more. This hotel is doing everything right and I give this 10/10, a top place to stay in pigeon forge, would DEFINITELY recommend and stay again in the future!"

"The staff is so nice. The hotel is clean. The only thing is the bed was not comfortable it bad but not what I’m use to sleeping info. The bed may be great for other people. Will not mark down for the bed since it’s not what I’m use to. The kitchen area is way too small, they have a good breakfast, but only a few people and be in the breakfast area at a time. This is our 2nd time and we will be back. Very happy with our stay "
