"One of the best stays on our trip! Jim met us and showed us in and gave recommendations for dinner within walking distance! Property backs up to mountain, with wrap around deck! We were able to watch deer feed right below us at the fire pit area! We will be staying here again but next time multiple nights!! Highly recommend!!! "

"Cabin 6 had everything a couple would need for a multi day stay with some non-microwave cooking. The stove, refrigerator and microwave were fine, there was a coffee maker and paper filters. Spoons were needed, but there were plates, cups, glasses and some cookware. I spoke with one of our hosts, Juanita about the need for stronger lights, newer mattress and box springs and the cabinet over the refrigerator that stuck out and both of us hit our foreheads on, the shower and bathroom were fine and the hot water was abundant. Juanita is a great hose! "

"This cabin was perfect for our vacation. It was a great size and right in the middle of all the Lake City action. We loved the location. We have been to Lake City over ten times. We got married in Lake City and now have the joy of bringing our daughter here. The cabin was a great size and had most of what we needed. We bought a grill brush to clean off the grill and left it for others to use. Also suggest for future that you add night lights in both bedrooms and bathroom, a hairdryer, and some large serving spoons. Otherwise we had everything we needed. I deducted one star from check-in since the house didn’t seem to be clean when we arrived but after reaching out that was taken care of right away. Appreciated Hunter’s responsiveness. We hope to be back to Lake City again soon and would love to stay here again. Thank you! "

"We’ve been coming to Lake City for over 30 yrs. This trip was a “reunion” trip and an introduction to some of our family. This was the first time we spent a couple nights in town before moving to cabins out on the way to Cinnamon Pass. It was a great way for the family coming from different parts of the US to meet up.There were 11 of us and the house was perfect. Plenty of parking even for the toy trailer, backyard was great for the kids and our puppy.The owners were amazing and so helpful. We definitely recommend staying here if you have a group of family or friends! "

"It's a great place, but you do need to make a run at the driveway, to get up the hill. Otherwise, it was a cool litttle place and had great views."
