“Have stayed here several times. Always clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Safe neighborhood, convenient to restaurants and airport.”

“We stayed here because they accepted pets. Our 2 dogs are crated. We were not told of what the additional fees were when we reserved the room. We were also not told we couldn’t leave them unattended even though they were crated. It looks like an older motel and it wasn’t kept up well. Most of the staff were nice, save one person. Won’t be staying there next visit to Gallatin”

“Room was clean breakfast was good fresh. They had the pool closed which coulda been posted on website when booking we stayed for an indoor pool to find out it was closed upon arrival ”

“Power was out for half of the room, including the bathroom. Staff said "nothing we can do" as it was it across the 2nd floor. No effort was made to correct, follow-up, or touch base. Good location, but poor communication and seemly no sense of urgency by a short staffed property. Desk agent was often moving through trying to fix and work with guests, but no other coverage. Meaning no one at the front desk or answering calls.”

“1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange……

“The staff was very welcoming and courteous. I found no problems with parking. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had an actual fan, which I found other hotels did not and the mirror got steamed up. Breakfast had a nice selection of items such as eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, bagels, croissants Waffle maker, fruit muffins m, cereal. Machine with varieties of juices and another very very good coffee. I had a very pleasant stay and recommend this place and would definitely stay there……
