When we went to our room there was no soap, shampoo or Kleenex. When down to the front desk and there was a line of unhappy customers, including a couple with a reservation that was told they did not have a room. Shortly after they left I received a call from my wife that someone with a key had tried to enter our room (yes that couple). Desk attendant was trying, but just too many issues that needed attention. Would not stay here again.

A terrible property. The pictures posted are misleading’. The property is old, dirty, unsafe. I will never stay there again. I strongly suggest you remove them from your list. Absolutely terrible.

After booking this property without imagining I would cancel since I NEEDED to stay somewhere for my reassigned flight. Upon my arrival at 2pm so daytime, I noticed it was next to a strip club and the types of people coming in and out while I waited in the lobby were sketchy. This prompted me to look at reviews which were horrifying. Sex solicitation, bed bugs WITHIN the WEEK, homeless people staying in the hotels and “security” blantantly ignoring these issues. When I’ve tried to cancel for unsafe and illegal reports, the property denied to refund me when I didn’t even stay there and was honest with them about how unsafe I felt as a single woman having to leave the property at 2am. So dissappointed.
