Clean, nicely decorated, with thoughtful touches like ear plugs, coffee and creamer, fresh towels, blackout curtains...we slept very well. The host hadn't told us ANYTHING about when she planned to send us the key information, so when it was 2 min after check in time, and I still hadn't heard ANYTHING, I panicked.
