“We had a great stay. The place was located in a good area convenient to metro. We utilized both the metro and uber. There was a grocery store about 15 minute walk away. The house was clean. There were pots, dishes and dishwasher which came in handy with kids. Overall great little vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future!!”

“Clean, well appointed, great communication, but get a parking spot through an app. The metro was a bit of a hike with luggage and tired kids, so we used ride services for most days. The hosts were very quick to respond, and there was a grocery store nearby. Overall, this was an incredibly easy stay. ”

“No hot water for the first 3 days, we have to boil our own water to shower . When we try to contact no one answer for a while. Very confusing instructions to how to get in the house ”

“Overall great stay. Awesome location. Next to Metro and Bike Rental. Capitals playoff game next door. We didn’t hear a thing! Very quiet. Great Price. ”

“We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. I don’t think their cleaning people are that good. The floors were FILTHY! There was no outdoor pool or gym. The prop manager provided me some a vague map with DIRECTIONS to...

“Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. Check in instructions were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely book again if our student decides to go to Howard University next year! ”
