“Staff were welcoming enough but generally indifferent, little real rapport, interaction or interest in the customer. Food; very poor, hygiene questionable with pidgeons hopping from table to table in the open areas. Pool was reasonable but all the sun beds were ‘taken’ by 08.30hrs. Cramped. ”

“Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The place is new but the chef is trying to be too creative with limited access to ingredients. A few people had a shrimp dish with tomatoes and no-one had tomatoes in it. Azure is okay - mediocre. Our recent stay here was genuinely lovely, largely thanks to the fantastic staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. The accommodation was excellent, the food was great, and the amenities were generally very good. If you are travelling with family, the kids' club is absolutely fantastic. “We had a fabulous time at The Coral Reef Club , from The amazing Food , Beautiful accommodation to a wonderful staff , the accommodate your every Wim , so attentive and pleasant. Every spot at the beach is great . Water sports included . I would ask for a meal plan we were unaware of it and it does save money , especially since there’s just one restaurant for whole Place .
