“Everything good”

“Very good for the money. Plus, you can use the facilities of the other hand-in-bird hotels.”

“First the pros: Friendly staff, great breakfast and the bed was very comfortable. The cons: The room desperately needs to be renovated. The carpet is awful, the bathroom has no handicap rails near the toilet and the toilet is extremely low. There are no towel bars anywhere to hang towels or washcloths. The lighting in the tub/toilet area is awful. The furniture is old, dirty and in desperate need of repair/replacement. We had been told last year that renovations would be done, so we……

“Upon booking, I informed the hotel of our early arrival. Yet, when we were ready to check in, no one was prepared. We received the room key on a paper clip and town post-it note. Thankfully the room was ready and we were able to get in. Pizza was subpar, but the bartender brought it to our room which was kind. The restaurant clearly takes priority of the wait/hotel staff. “I have stayed in roughly a dozen hotels in and around Exton, this is the best I’ve been to. The staff is friendly, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the price is extremely reasonable. I would strongly suggest staying here if you have to book near here.”

“Room was clean. Snacks were a nice touch. It was very cold in the room, though, and i didn't know if the installed AC unit was a heat source as well. Also, although I booked probably a month & a half in advance (through Expedia), I had the very last room on the second floor, which the attendant would not change for me, as "they were full", and this room was the "only one available on the property at that price". It WAS tiny, but adequate for sleeping in overnight, though the bed was a bit hard.”

“We love TRU bye Hilton. From entering the hotel to being greeted by the front desk, to enjoying our room, which was very clean and inviting. The breakfast was lovely and delicious! We will certainly return to Denver, PA and stay with TRU!”

“Nice hotel. Clean and nice staffs.”
