“Room was very clean. It appeared to have been updated however the chair in the room was old and stained. I didn’t realize the entrance to the room are on the outside of the building. The building appears to be an old Red Roof Inn Motel. No elevator and you need to go outside to access lobby and breakfast. Parking area was well lit. ”

“Cozy and comfortable with pond and mountain views. Wine tasting on site and easy access to Wintergreen. We loved our stay and will be back again!”

“The room was nice and clean. there were flies comming in upstairs but that is truely typical of a house of this age. The owner had asked us to pay a couple of taxes that were not listed in the price (not sure it is ethical/legal/moral) - they close by 9 or you have to pay a $50 late fee A fee - no food was availible unless you arange ahead of time. over all for a B&B style experience I was ok wth it.”

“The staff was wonderful. The rooms were in desperate need of repair. There was a cigarette burn on our sheet, the bath mat looked like someone had stepped on it with a dirty boot, there were multiple scratches on the furniture, there was a bit of dried soap in the shower soap dish, one lamp shade was broken..but the worst was the desk chair that was so stained we were afraid to use it.”

“The property is beautiful! Everything you need has already been thought of and incredible quality. The beds and sheets are so comfortable. Huge showers with all the products you need. The decor is outstanding and meticulously clean. The town is quaint and completely walkable. Staying there was an experience of walking back in time. ”

“Fabulous, spacious layout. Good quality kitchen facility, dish ware, utensils. Higher end toiletries provided. Comfy bed and linens. Very clean. Some noise from area businesses and other occupants well into the evening, but we put the provided noise machine to good use and all was well. We loved this stay, it felt quite posh, and was extremely comfortable. ”

“Room faced the road and near interstate, so it was always noisy. But if you’re a heavy sleeper it shouldn’t be a problem. ”
