“This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect! “This is a perfect set up for a home base for one to two people on a weekend. The bed is spacious and the room has just what you need with closet space, a good bathroom, and a convenient location. Rainfall shower head was also a nice touch.”

“Cosy is the best word for this property. But also very well equipped. Everything we could possibly need except food itself was tucked away in all of the various drawers and cabinets. We chose it for pet-friendliness but didn’t end up bringing our dog. They even had a dog cage available. The stairs to the backyard are a bit steep but a vacant lot is available at the end of the street just 3 houses away.
