“Upon arrival, staff was very rude and not helpful at all. We noticed the pool and hot tub were closed down and she would not tell us when those amenities would be open again. At dinner, they were out of the wine we chose, and the prime rib was the worst we’ve ever had. All fat and no meat! The price on 18 holes of golf had skyrocketed, and the greens were in terrible shape!”
