"I traveled over 800 miles to surprise my son to a hotel mommy/son weekend. I exclusively chose this hotel for location and amenities. Once I arrive, I wasn’t greeted. I stood in line almost 5 mins before saying something to the worker since she continued to ignore my presence and continue doing her paperwork. Once I was acknowledged, I checked in and was told a deposit was for $200, a $100 per night. The email that I received from the hotel that was sent on here said $50 per night. I showed worker and they said it was wrong and it was nothing they could do about it. I pay or cancel the reservation. I wanted to cancel right there and then due to poor customer service and conflicting prices. It was a Friday and after 7pm. The odds of finding another hotel local and last minute was slim but I would have to wait for my refund which would take days. I was so upset and disappointed but had to be strong for my son and keep his spirits up. As we was heading to the room, we saw a sign that said pool and hot tub was closed the whole weekend. My son love swimming and I love the hot tub, whole reason I booked here. I have never been so disappointed in a Hilton in my life and now my son swim time was ruined. No apologies, nothing to fix the issues or make our stay a better experience. The next morning we go for breakfast and the omelette station was close.Saturday same issue, then we had to deal with loud kids in room 107 all night long. Very awful experience overall"

"No hot tub"

"The floors were dirty through out the room. There was a previous persons bright pink pill left on the floor. The room was dusty and the bathroom faucet wasnt attached properly to the counter so it moved if you tried to turn on the water. The shower was also dirty."

"No microwave in room. A fork on the floor, in plain sight, between one of the beds and the nightstand which should have been noticeable if they were vacuuming after every stay. "

"Check in and overall property was as described but had pipes burst and room had only cold water, hall carpet soaked. Also, wild children next door blaring TV and noise all night made it next to impossible to sleep, tried to knock on door and askedphone in room did not work to call front desk, no other way to call desk "

"Ok housecleaning needs to double check rooms my niece had to have them come and clean a few things "

"Beautiful property. Loved the room! However, the Wine Grotto was closed for a private event (the main reason I love this resort) and the hot tub was out of order. Everything else was lovely!"
