“Great all around experience. ”

“Listing was not entirely correct. Kitchen was not well stocked, not enough pans, no salt & pepper, no cooking oil, the center burner on the stove did not work. We had to ask the host for toilet paper and paper towels and the host responded quickly. The listing stated that you could walk to the stadium and that is true, but part of the walk was a little shady, I would not recommend for a family. The listing stated something about games in the patio, but we did not see any games and the patio……

“Pros:-Friendly, responsive host-Large space—fit our whole family comfortably-Great setup for a baby (pack ’n play options changing table ready on arrival)-Central location by carCons:-Overall condition felt worn/run-down-Furniture was cheap, beat up, and not very sturdy-Visible maintenance issues (wobbly doorknobs, hole in a bedroom door, detached closet doors)-Harsh fluorescent lighting throughout (impacted comfort at night)-Dingy carpet on stairs-Ice maker didn’t work-One TV powered via……

“Our place was the perfect place for our large group to recharge after a few fun days in STL. 7 adults, 5 children. The house was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed being close to town but not too close and in a sweet little neighborhood. The only thing we didn't plan for was there weren't many pans or dishes to cook with. We had to make a trip to the store to get a dish to make a casserole in. Also, no grill.. that was a little surprising but we just changed up our menu a little bit.……

“Our experience at this property was horrible. The host gave us an incorrect code for one of the units that resulted in wasting over an hour at check in to finally get the correct code. Multiple safety issues that violate VRBOs policies - loose handrail, outlets hanging from walls, exposed wires. Both units smelled of weed (even with explicit check in instructions that no smoking of any kind is allowed at the property). According to the listing linens are provided - but there were only 2 complete……

“Such a great place!! Walking distance to restaurants and hockey as well as baseball. Quiet area and thr property was clean and nice. Already looking at weekends in the future we can visit!! Highly recommend!! The host was very quick to respond to any messages as well!”
