“It was a very nice place and the people were very accommodating. For an inexpensive choice could not have been happier.”

“The room I had was clean and adequately furnished but the AC unit below the window was so loud at even the lowest fan setting that I had trouble falling and staying asleep. The selections in the breakfast room were minimal and the scrambled eggs I had on the first day were rubbery and tasteless. The coffee was also bland and tasteless. A tray of mini-bagels sat out uncovered and they were hard and stale. It should be stated more clearly on the Expedia site that on-site parking at $12 per……

“We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke. Felt terrible because we woke her. Boyfriend comes back around the corner with the original key card and the person behind the desk only to find out that yes that room was already given……

“Hotel had a moldy and musky odor. The room I stayed in had roaches and mold. The lighting in the room was very dim. I did not see the mold until I used the flashlight on my cellphone. I woke up next morning sick from breathing in the mold. I requested a refund from the live person on the kiosk. They said I need to go through Expedia. I have been trying to get in contact with Expedia. Expedia has been ghosting me. Poor customer service with Expedia. I am also trying to get my security deposit……

“We loved Beaufort Inn. When we arrived staff at the front desk welcomed us and took us on a tour of the facility. She was so very welcoming and helpful. We loved being able to walk to the downtown shops and restaurants from our room. We simply loved it! If we go to Beaufort, SC again, we will not stay anywhere else but at the Beaufort Inn. It was wonderful!”

“Absolutely everything about this hotel is quaint, clean and excellent service! Shelly, front desk was so genuine and helpful. The coffee shop has the right amenities to eat/breakfast/lunch/snacks… Even cocktails and the best coffees in town they serve too. Parking is a breeze… They even leave you two deliciouschocolate chip cookies on your door… Fabulous place to stay, We would return. Much appreciated, Connie & Tim McGuire”
