“Excellent environment, helpful staff and really enjoyable”

“Staff were excellent. We were offered a free room upgrade, but it was really small. The room smelt as if drains were blocked, and the shower didn't drain quickly. It was extremely hot throughout the night. The gym facility was in excellent condition. Sadly we never experienced the spa. ”

“The room was large enough with a nice ensuit shower room. Curtains were a good black-out. Really good selection of freshly cooked breakfast especially the black pudding. Left some stuff in my room and the staff contacted me that evening and posted it on. Thanks”

“Overall, the room was clean, including the kitchen and bathroom 👌 The check-in process was very easy—just a few clicks. I was a bit surprised that we wouldn’t meet anyone during our stay, but it all worked out fine. The location is central and easy to find. Both the kitchen and the room were well equipped (iron, ironing board, and hairdryer included), and the bathroom was spacious with basic toiletries 👌 However… there were a few downsides. “The Hotel for the price you pay was ok. The bed was clean, however no mattress protection was laid down. The bathroom was also clean. The rest of the room as not as clean as i would have hoped and looked tired. The location however is excellent! Parking was suffient and only a 3min walk in the famous all creatures great and small area. ”
