“Some of the staff were great but overall I found that the staff were not service oriented. We waited a long time for service, help took a long time and the attitude was more of "help yourself" with some exceptions. They were pleasant but not always accommodating. The resort is a bit like a camp on this grand property which was lovely but people were not ready or prepared at every station of service; overwhelmed perhaps but not sure why as places were not always full. Maybe just inefficient or……

“It was so nice and so clean! Beds were very comfortable. The pool was nice and not crowded at all. The woods around the Condo were beautiful! We saw more turtles than I have ever seen before! The only bad thing was the 14 steps we had to climb to get there. But that's on me. They told me I would have to climb stairs, I just didn't know I would have to climb that many! 😂”
