“One of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed with in a long time. Staff was above and beyond friendly as well as being professional. Breakfast was amazing. [Cook and server was astounding and meals were more than anyone could imagine] We would go back tomorrow if we had the time. How does one get points for future visits with Holiday express. “Dirty, worn furniture in room (I would not sit in such a old dirty chair). Broken vanity cabinet. Signs of repaint over dirty, rusty bathroom area. Hand towel holder next to vanity fell off ( barely attached to wall). Filthy stained carpeting (giant mystery stain between beds). Funky smell. Standard hotel breakfast fare. Staff was helpful and courteous when smoke detector went off for no reason, twice. Front desk at check-in could not tell me what rate difference there was, if any, between……
