“The first room wasn’t cleaned or ready. The house keeper heard us complaining coming out the room and said I don’t know why they gave that to you. It’s not clean. And the new room they gave us was not any better. The floor was dirty. My kid took a shower and walked back to the bed and her feet were dirty again. The room smelled like cigarettes and mold/mildew.
