“The staff was great and very helpful. Rooms extremely clean and breakfast was wonderful. Only concern is it does take a very long time for the shower water to get hot almost 6 minutes every morning.”

“The property is in a quiet location and a beautiful setting. All rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator. Internet TV was very spotty. It was easy to hear other people outside the rooms. This would be a great property for a few friends or families to stay in one place and have common areas to be together. There is no complimentary breakfast.”

“When I booked this property I read the reviews and they were terrible. But the room was fine. Plumbing could use some work, but the the bed was soft warm and dry, and the shower hot and wet. No mold or dust bunnies in sight. Staff was great. TV and wifi worked. But no breakfast even through there is a restaurant. Parking looked easy and safe. But I suspect this conference center was built when Aurora had better prospects and is now a money loser for the owners. My brother says the food……

“The individuals at the front desk were polite and friendly. But housekeeping was unprofessional. We noticed a bloodlike stain on a pillowcase. We took the pillow off the bed, contacted housekeeping stating the problem they said they would be right up,but they never showed up. We called down to the front desk and the person who answered said that she has been trying to contact housekeeping for an hour but to no avail…Unacceptable. Long story short, I had to physically go downstairs to get fresh……
