This cottage was newly constructed in 2021, offering the perfect combination of updated features and a cozy size. The unique floor plan boasts a combination living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom offers a queen bed where you will enjoy waking up to expansive views of the Lowcountry salt marsh. Other members of your group can spread out on the comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area. The open paved area in front of the home allows for easy boat parking and is a short drive to local boat ramps and The Marina at Edisto Beach. Additional amenities include free WiFi and cable TV. Couples or small families will enjoy the island atmosphere and private location. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, look no further! No Smoking. No Pets.
