“The elevator was out of service, so the desk workers had to power it up in order to go to the third floor, but when they were busy the wait was unacceptable for them to manually open the elevator doors. We took the stairs, but be it that my wife is disabled, that created challenges for her. In the room, I was told to contact the front desk when we were coming down and they will send up the elevator. The problem was the phone in the room had no phone cord, so kind of made it impossible at the……

“There was poop in the pool , they got it out and said that's the only way they clean it. We got trapped in the elevator and their response is ya it happens off and on . The keys had to be redone each day even tho we had a week booked . The breakfast was great the people were nice . The pool and work out room are in a separate building which they had no towels and didn't looked like they get cleaned often (poop in the pool”
