“Not going to lie, I was a little worried because Best Western can be hit or miss. However, I was extremely surprised! The rooms were bigger than the pictures and very clean and modern. (We always check the beds before getting settled!) We are definitely going to stay here again!”

“Sad having to leave a less than acceptable review. Room is filthy, mainly the floors. Do not walk around barefoot or in white socks. They’ll absolutely turn black!! The continental breakfast was trash!!! Only thing available both days was waffle mix. They were completely booked out for some conference so those folks emptied everything early. They don’t seem to refill anything. Wound up going to Perkins across the lot instead. Don’t be fooled by “breakfast included” claims. Will need a new spot……

“Wow, this was an outstanding value! Hotel seems to have been updated recently. It's simply decorated but pretty and everything was perfectly clean! Appreciated the water bottles the front desk gave us when we checked in. A family member and I both got rooms here. The location near the highway was super convenient. My relative had a room at ground level facing the highway and noticed a bit of road noise at night (truck brakes). I had no such problem on the third floor--high enough above the……

“Breakfast staff was incredibly rude. So discouraging. Refused to continue offering breakfast 30 minutes before buffet closes, really? If you're not open for the last half hour, then change your hours posted for breakfast. Also no need to be rude to customers. Cleanliness is okay. Could be improved.”

“Check in was somewhat of a challenge considering there was very spotty cell service at this property. The room smelled a little musty. Toilet was dirty. No curtain on bathroom window. Comforter had debris on it. Tip for staff reflecting how the room was found. No breakfast included.”

“The bathroom is small and pooly arranged. The shower valve is out of reach, you must step into the shower stream to turn it on. Pretty awful. The shower handle fell off in my hand. The batroom sink is not in the bathroom. The toilet backed up. There was no maintenance person. I was given a plunger to fix it myself. The plunger was broken and did not work. I asked for another room, which they gave me. Then they took it back and said we could use the lobby restroom. We will definitely never stay……
