"Booked El Khalil pyramids hotel, turned up, a man said sorry we dont have your booking, you will need to pay again. Interesting, as i had already paid. I check all the details and pictures, same hotel. The guy says we dont have online bookings or listings, you need to book direct only, this listing isnt his. "The rooms are very noisy, and you can hear any movement outside as if you were on the street. This is because the doors do not have a threshold at the bottom, and it also makes the rooms very cold. There is no heating. Secondly and most importantly: There is a lack of honesty in their dealings. The room price online is around 1350 Egyptian pounds, but I didn't book through the internet.
