“Under renovation was not informed prior to booking. Room was unacceptable but neither management or Expedia were interested in helping. Toilet was broken and ran constantly making noise and causing the room to be damp and smell bad. Dead roaches seen in the hall that were just left along with other renovation debris.”

“A lot of issues. The elevator looked like it has never been cleaned, inside & out looked like people just wiped greasy hands all over, yuck! The TV was set at 35, it wouldn't go any higher.
