“Garage parking, especially elevator lobby at G2 level is extremely dirty. Common corridor has ventilation issues with strong cooking odors. The carpet is brown color and bed sheet is dark purple... Also, the shower head has a very low water pressure, probably due to calcium build-up. On the positive side, the apartment has a great location, the security garage gate and door open app, Gatewise works great. Host service is very helpful.”

“The host was responsive and helpful, especially when I had trouble accessing the property (totally my fault).However, the place itself was somewhat unpleasant. The hot water was brown when I first turned it on, the toilet wouldn't stop running and the place wasn't clean. There was a hairball in the corner of the bedroom, coffee drips on the counter, and what looked like dried blood on the flannel blanket, which was covered with a sheet. “Great space overall. The hot tub was listed but not actually operational. Didn’t realize the property was lived in by the owner which we realized when all the dresser drawers in the master bedroom had clothes in them and his personal items were in the bathroom. Would recommend providing some empty drawers for use as there were no drawers and no closet available in the master bedroom. Also recommend removing all personal food from the fridge and freezer. Or at least making a comment about items...

“Location was excellent and property had all the amenities we needed!”

“This was a great place for a extended family stay for a wedding. We just chilled at the house, enjoyed the rooftop (weather was great in January...likely not in August). Only real difficulty was parking was a bit tricky with 3-4 vehicles, leaving some on the street, which seemed a bit risky at night (though we didn't have any actual trouble). ”
