“Great staff and amazing customer service”

“We stayed here for one night for a concert at the Toyota Center. The room was a little musty (smelled like a former smoking room but nothing recent) but the location was very convenient and staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Not bad for the price and felt safe and comfortable. Mattress was nice and firm. Try the ginseng coffee, it's delicious!”

I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. “Nice Hotel”

“I stayed here for three nights cleaning stuff never cleaned my room. I had to track a Cleaning Lady to get towels so we can take a shower horrible experience. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody if there was less than one star I would give them. And when we were checking out, I mentioned that to the GERMAN at the front desk all he said he’s gonna email the Cleaning manager didn’t even apologize.”
