“Nice large clean upstairs apartment within walking distance of shopping and restaurants as well as campus. Off-street parking was a little tight for two (upstairs downstairs) apartments. The downstairs occupants could be noisy despite signs about evening quiet hours. Overall, we enjoyed having this centrally located apartment as our home base.”

“We stayed here while visiting an aunt. We liked the location and it was great having the living area and kitchenette. We were able to get up and make our own breakfast, which was nice. We also packed some lunches as well, and stored some food for dinner with my aunt. Having the kitchenette was key.”

They were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to accommodate our request to extend our stay, even offering us the downstairs unit the same day. “The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay. Jason is responsive....but if you……
