“Beautiful property, very nice escape for a few days. I will note that the cabin is definitely a bit tighter than expected, but nothing that can't be managed. The heaters are genuinely such a comfort, especially in the bathroom. It does look like the wood ceiling is warping a little bit, freaked my partner and I out for a minute, but nothing to be concerned about, I don't think. Overall, very easy stay, little in the way of complaints. If you book through a third party, I don't believe the rental……

“The term they use rustic at least our definition that we looked up, says in the mountains are back in nature which you are in a cabin on the side of a lake, but you’re in the middle of a town Covington and you have other cabins or neighbors a lot of people live full-time there you could throw a stone at and hit on either side. One thing I’ll mention that we missed. I guess it’s it’s it’s in there but we sure didn’t see it. It’s not highly advertised. There’s no shower or bathtub.. do you wanna……

“Lovely outdoor seating areas near the lake. The fireplace, electric and temperature control, brought warmth and coziness to the cabin. Would have liked a way to brew fresh coffee. ”

“We had a wonderful time, the hosts were very communicative through all points of the process and the space was clean and comfortable! The whole experience also felt very private despite ‘sharing’ the property with the hosts, which actually added peace of mind that they could help if anything went wrong (nothing did of course). “We absolutely adored staying here for our daughter’s 4th birthday getaway. It was so very aesthetically pleasing. Beautiful cabin in the forest. The bottom floor was perfectly open for my daughter to run around and play with her toys. The wood burning stove was the icing on top. So magical! Can’t wait to come back! ”
