Best Resorts in Five Cays

"I had a good stay overall, beach front access to beautiful water. So close to the water! The amenities are wonderful at little to no cost ( paddle board, snorkel gear) Food was good. The only upset were the housekeeping staff at times. A couple of times they came into my room very early (9:30am) and walked into the room. One of them yelled at me to put the “do not disturb” sign up when i am in the room. Which i understand my fault it in in not doing so, but this is the only hotel that I have found housecleaning to come in so early. Some (not all) of the staff weren’t the most friendly which was a bummer as well. Overall this place is wonderful and has potential to be better with some tweaks."

"My husband and I had a great stay at West Bay Club. The entire resort was pristine and the staff very friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. Great snorkeling about 10 minutes walk away. The only negative was that our room had quite a bit of light coming in at night but I was told they will be getting blackout curtains. We ate the free breakfast every day but only ate dinner there once."

"The bed was incredibly comfortable, with clean bedding that made it easy to fall asleep almost instantly. The location was perfect for snorkeling, we were lucky enough to swim with a turtle twice during our stay, which was an unforgettable highlight. The hotel service was excellent. Staff arranged bespoke pick-ups and drop-offs by a golf cart, and provided everything needed at the beach, including towels, parasols, sun loungers, and snorkeling gear. It made it totally hassle free. The reception team was especially helpful and friendly, offering great local advice on activities, car hire, and restaurant recommendations… all of which proved very useful during our stay. The snack bar was also a great bonus, perfect for quick bites and refreshments throughout the day. There are two restaurants right next to it, we enjoyed them both."
